Hey guys, i have a long drive to work daily, and i often just tune in someone talking about, Diet, Training, PEDs, Peptides, etc.

Can you guys share some of your most informative (no sales pitch guys) channels you guys follow?
Preferably somewhat long videos instead of tiktok shorts.

I often listen to:
J3U (John Jewett)
Anabolic Bodybuilding (Big Paul)
More plates more dates

And some of the main stream ones more for entertainment:
Vigorous steve
Dr todd lee
RxMuscle
Think BIG

This was discussed earlier, copy & paste my response:

Depends what you want. For talk about bodybuilders & current events (kinda): Marx Max Muscle, Nick's Strength and Power, Supersetman, Project Bodybuilding, Fazi Fitness, Ivan Bodybuilding, and a few others.

For entertainment where they casually talk about bodybuilding and drugs: Scott McNally has a few shows, Think Big Bodybuilding, Palumbo has a few shows (regular guests include Lee Priest and Gregg Valentino), Dennis James, Fouad Abiad, and some others.

One tip is to consider all these entertainment, not education, because that's what they are.

Some pretend to be educators because that's their schtick, but at the end of the day they get paid to make content and spicy topics get more clicks.

Ie, don't do anything they say without vetting it first, and specifically look for opposing opinions. Whether they know it or not, there is a lot of cherry picking.

im a simple man, PED wise currently im just running
300 test, 200 npp, 200 primo with some GH, i dont take advice from influencers there but i like to hear their experiences for entertainment.

Training wise, split and exercises i do try some new stuff here and there, specially from John Jewett.

He’s natty and so not exactly aiming at this audience, but Geoffrey Verity Schofield is pretty legit. He hasn’t yet adopted all the bullshit clickbait social media money making techniques that most content creators have. Which makes his content less exciting of course. There’s not a lot of big dopamine hits in being told you need to make a well-informed plan, work hard to/near failure, adopt a clean diet, and be consistent year in, year out. WHERE IS THE ONE WEIRD TRICK?!?

Anyway, he does a good job of explaining the reasoning behind exercise choices in a way that’s intuitive to me.

Strongly hate them all (aside from Jewett maybe). There's no reason to get your info via influencers giving you third party rehashed garbage.
So…you get all your info from your own original research, or what?

Take them all with a big helping of salt, for sure, but there’s a lot of good info being put out by content creators. You’ve got to develop some critical listening skills and all that, but until god himself publishes the One Big Beautiful Book of Absolute Bodybuilding Truth, that’s as good as it’s gonna get.

Just watched a bit of one of his videos, he is great, will definitely add to my learning/entertainment list

Chase Irons. Guy's been honest with what he takes since the beginning of his channel. No "less is more" bs. No "I am of better genetics" bs.

Though his current content is about his massive PED use, his older vids can be quite informative.

Yeah, he does sell his membership, but that's not too much in your face.

I can't tolerate most of the creators out there, so much of it is pseudo-science/brotalk that makes me cringe.

There are a few exceptions I've found:

- Jon Heck. Not PED's/bodybuilding exclusive, but has knowledgeable guests on and good discussion

- Scott Stevenson. He doesn't have his own podcast, but he's one of the few people I'd consider genuinely knowledgeable about AAS and bodybuilding.

His discussions on Insulin and GH I particularly enjoyed:

- Brains and Gains. Dentist with a dayjob that makes content for the love of it. Disputes a lot of the bro-science and keeps things evidence-based

Would love to hear of anyone else that's similar.
