GH water bloat

There is a lot more to your heart than just bp and lipids. LVH, valve issues, all kinds of stuff.
I realize that. But the only variable that changed was upping the GH. I’m approaching this from that standpoint. After doing a quick search in this forum, looks like I’m not the only one to have experienced this. So we must have some members with end stage heart failure.

Likely yes. Everyone is different. But id listen to the old heads here. Their knowledge and experience is the reason im here.

Best to be prudent and get checked. Its logical
Yea I should have just did my due diligence and searched in other meso threads. This isn’t that uncommon. I appreciate the advice of everyone. Even though I’m getting ragged as a dumbass kid lol. I’m 36 and new GH so I’m trying my best to sort my way through it all. I’ll see how long it takes for this edema to subside. If it lasts through the weekend with no GH I’ll see the doc. It’s at its worst at the end of a 10 hour work day in my feet. Sock indentions.

I agree there is no reason to overreact yet. You increased a variable way too quickly with something that can cause extreme water retention in some people.

It's not that uncommon and plenty of people put on 10lbs of water by pushing gh way too high off the bat. Normally you would just get some very light sock lines which go away after a few weeks and not true pitting edema, but everybody is different.

Personally I would give it a week off and see if it goes away, and if not it would be wise to get checked by a doc.

Yep that’s my plan. I mean the lot only lasts a few seconds. I’ve been off for 2 days now and dropped 2 pounds so I’ll stay off for another week or so and see how that goes monitor BP and all that. Then start low and go slow

Titrating up 1iu every 4 weeks is the schedule ive seen most and i have been using fyi.
Google is FREE?! I had no idea! Another tiktok expert that used Google and chatgpt. Pitting edema is not normal on 6 IU. Go see a doctor.
Chat gpt can be extremely useful if used correctly. Granted 99.999% dont understand how to use it properly and run with the 1st answer it gives.

I did an experiment with ai the other day.

Asked for a comparison of fst loss effects of tesamorelin and hgh.

Took the answer from chat gpt and put it into Gemini. Took the refinement from Gemini and put it into gpt. Went back and forth until no more refinements were made by either. Then threw it into grok and it had no refinements. Took all of 10 minutes.

Was very interesting to see how it was corrected each time.

Turned into an extremely solid almost Indisputable comparison.

Im working on making an app that will do it with one question immediately.

So I started my GH at 3iu and had minimal issues after 2 weeks. Taking all before bed with low BG level. Jumped to 6iu took it 3 days a blew up like a water balloon. Definitely gonna be moving back to that 2-3iu range and staying there for a bit. Shins are holding a ton. Jumped up nearly 12 pounds in that 3 days. E2 is well under control on this cycle but I’m new to GH so it’s the only new variable. I’ve stoped the GH completely for 2 days now and have dropped 2 pounds but still have some pretty significant edema in shins and puffy hands and feet. Was going to try an OTC dietetic to get the water out a bit faster. Anybody here do that or is it not recommended? Thanks for any and all insight.
Your jump is to high.

Did you inject 6iu at ones ?
Try first 4iu, twices 2iu. 2iu am and 2iu after 6 hours. So after a week or 6 jump to 6 in 2-3 steps.(3iu am-3iu 6 hours later)

Yea i was doing 4iu all before bed and then bumped up to 6. Too big of a dose. At least all at once for me personally I think.

gh will cause you to retain sodium which in turn causes water retention. You can try lowering your sodium intake until your body starts to adapt
