GH water bloat

There is a lot more to your heart than just bp and lipids. LVH, valve issues, all kinds of stuff.
I realize that. But the only variable that changed was upping the GH. I’m approaching this from that standpoint. After doing a quick search in this forum, looks like I’m not the only one to have experienced this. So we must have some members with end stage heart failure.

Likely yes. Everyone is different. But id listen to the old heads here. Their knowledge and experience is the reason im here.

Best to be prudent and get checked. Its logical
Yea I should have just did my due diligence and searched in other meso threads. This isn’t that uncommon. I appreciate the advice of everyone. Even though I’m getting ragged as a dumbass kid lol. I’m 36 and new GH so I’m trying my best to sort my way through it all. I’ll see how long it takes for this edema to subside. If it lasts through the weekend with no GH I’ll see the doc. It’s at its worst at the end of a 10 hour work day in my feet. Sock indentions.

I agree there is no reason to overreact yet. You increased a variable way too quickly with something that can cause extreme water retention in some people.

It's not that uncommon and plenty of people put on 10lbs of water by pushing gh way too high off the bat. Normally you would just get some very light sock lines which go away after a few weeks and not true pitting edema, but everybody is different.

Personally I would give it a week off and see if it goes away, and if not it would be wise to get checked by a doc.

Yep that’s my plan. I mean the lot only lasts a few seconds. I’ve been off for 2 days now and dropped 2 pounds so I’ll stay off for another week or so and see how that goes monitor BP and all that. Then start low and go slow
