Getting back into it!

It’s been about 4-5 years since I’ve been in the gym seriously. Had an injury powerlifting and that got me out of routine, life got in the way and I found myself further and further from the gym.

So anyway, I realized I’d been drinking too much and I’ve gotten out of shape, I’m getting back in the swing of things. Not doing any “cycles” at the moment, just TRT (100mg/week) and slowly cutting down with the help of some peptides. No reason to flood myself with exogenous compounds until I get down to a reasonable bf%. Plus, I’m getting a little stronger each week in a deficit, so that’s been kinda fun.

So currently been in a deficit for 4 weeks, no alcohol, and recovering from a broken ankle (all upper body, no cardio for prob another two weeks)

100mg Test/week
1.5mg Reta/week
500mcg BPC ED (2.5 weeks out from broken ankle)
2.5mg TB500 MWF
2mg GHK-CU ED
2.25IU GH ED
600mg Carnitine ED
