George W. AWOL

Come on Quasi, you are losing credibility when making upsurd comments like that. The Supreme Court doesn't decide elections- Americans do by golly! I thought I was clear Mr. Quasi when I lectured that algore was the worst political candidate from a major party in my lifetime? Do you need a refresher course?

Bush cant be re-elected anyway..He wasnt elected in the first place. He was appointed by his daddys supreme court.

I think he'll be elected though this time around..to my dismay.

What a stupid post. If you going to post facts, post all the facts. You could probably walk into CNN, ABC, CBS or NBC right now with that information and get a job.

buck buck buck,

Interest rates mirror the economy, normaly. Rising interest rates under normal economic circumstances means a growing economy. It's not a bad sign.

But high enemployment does not sound like a growing economy. As wages then are not going up. Supply and demand ya know. And high interest rates where people can not afford to buy there own home does not make for a good economy for the vast majority of the people. So rising interest rates high unemployment make for a terrible economy!

OK, so what do you have to say about Jimmy Carter's record? High inflation rates and high unemployment? Leave it to a Democrat to cause this type of economy. Reagan had to clean up Carter's mess and he did a good job of it. He had to either attack the problem of inflation or address unemployment. He went after inflation and as soon as that was under control, he then focuses on unemployment.

If you have any more questions Buck, feel free to ask and please notice my signature.

Have a nice day

Neverasked you a thing to start with. But I am glad that uyou find your self amusing...Some one has to. LOL

And to paraphrase windigo it takes"You don't think he pushed all his reforms through the day after he was inaugurated do you?" So I could say that he didn't have time to get any thing done. Becuse if 4 years is all it takes to turn a country around then Reagan Should have had it back on track his first term, but didn't. But since you like a growing economy you must have LOVED Clinton. Can I explain anything else for you to understand.

Further even looking at what is a very short snippet of Reagens total administration that you posted. You can see the Reagen reforms that were passed in 1882 and 1983 taking effect. QUOTE]

I knew Reagan was old but 1882 LOL...... sorry

You never answered my question numbnuts. Why did you only post data from his first couple of years when he was forced to clean up Carter's mess and ignored the last 4 years? Quit diverting the issue bucky.

NO President...democrat or republican...CONTROLS the economy. The economy is cyclic, it goes up and it goes down. Sure there are factors that "influence" the economy to move in one direction or the other...but by and large, no single person has any control over it.

Politics is a lot like football. You win some battles and lose others. Like Buck, hes spewing shit he knows nothing about. He loses on a continual basis. So hes more like the Baltimore Orioles of 1988. Bush on the other hand is like the 1996-1998 Detroit Red Wings, winning back-to-back titles. :D

What do the Orioles and Red Wings have to do with football? What a lame comparison. I doubt if Bush could even stand on skates without falling on his ass unless Cheney held him up.

Listen oldfart, do not talk to Mr. Smith that way or I will be forced to annoy the hell out of you and I think I can speak for everyone that I do that quite well when I want.

I pee on liberals bitch.

I was using the John Kerry method of changing the subject.

How about my boy Mike Nugent busting out a 54 yarder with 2 seconds on the clock????

Mike and A.J. Hawk are good friends of mine.
