There is a difference between putting someone on blast versus holding vendors accountable. Saying your reps name assures that the same rep isn't telling two people something different.

My rep is Aimee, but my point is she has given me accurate timelines for when products would be available. I have heard of other reps telling customers that products were ready when they weren't and sitting on their money. I dont want to get my rep in trouble for being honest and straight with me instead of taking orders when she shouldnt be.

Received test-c to the states, there is a floral / solvent smell that permeated through the plastic bag but was stopped by a different material.
