I prefer to take glp-1 meds once a week. I feel like for me I get huge initial hit of appetite suppression and it last several days and then slowly goes away the last 2 days before the next shot but I can push through. Now I see all these people micro dosing their glp-1 every single day. Do you have any opinion or insight on this practice? I haven't tried it and didn't plan to without good reason bc I think you would miss out on the major appetite suppression from that single large bolus

I had the same curiosity about microdosing. I've read that some prefer it for their own reasons, but I found it made the same dose wholly ineffective for appetite suppression the couple weeks I tried it. Unsure about the other metabolic effects since I didn't stick to the microdosing for very long.

Is there any usage case where a SARM would be preferred over AAS?
I guess I'm piggybacking on your ideas lol. I've read some amateur athletes use RAD-140 in place of anavar or winstrol when they looking for strength effects with minimal bodyweight impact. Not sure if that it is better/worse/equal to anavar, winstrol, etc. at that effect though. I will attest that when I used rad-140 years ago before I graduated to aas, it definitely did help with strength gains.

Do you ever plan to transcript these podcast? for me is a lot better to read things instead of listening. Plus not easy for a non native english speaker to do other stuff and follow the podcast understanding everything.

100% Having this in text form would be amazing!

Another suggestion would be to buy a better mic or speak more clearly and louder in it because I had to raise the volume a lot and I couldn't get few of the things you were saying.

I know you are mostly catered to Americans or native English speaker so probably this is a language barrier on my side but that's why I would have loved to have a transcript.

Yes I do for the rest but that’s done by Apple, whose system does a tremendous job at it using AI. I recommend using them for past episodes.
