Gear for increased cardio endurance

What I've read from random threads online have stated that if I want to increase cardio endurance and decrease overal run times, that a Test E / Var stack is the way to go. Is this off the mark? If it's good to go, are there any other recommendations for additions?
 
Eq brother is what you want.Epo but i would not bother with it.Wrong sub forum btw. :)
 
No problem at all.Look more into eq for those purposes.Eq is great as i allways notice increased endurance and the ability for shorter rest periods as well.Also if you dont have the patience for standard ester eq to start working there is a cyp version becoming easy to find more so these days.
 
I'm going to start a 12 week stack consisting of 500mg test e week 1-4, 500mg test e / 50mg var week 5-12. Would you recommend working the eq in? If so, when and at what dosage?
 
Eq you start at the front of cycle and run it atleast 16 weeks.Dosage varies and many different opinions.I like 900mg to a gram a week and that is just me.I honestly dont even run test above 350mg a week anymore as i just use it as a base and not a mass builder.I like to run var from the front as well instead of the end of the cycle but again it depends on your goals.Id suggest taking a look here as there are tons of eq threads.
 
EQ like everybody has said personally I wouldn't waste my time with var to pricey for little benefit. EQ raise red blood cell count.

Also if you are purely endurance you probably wont need that much Test E. Ideally you don't want things that will cause more of a muscle pump.
 
I appreciate the feedback. I'm going to roll with the Test e and var for this cycle as I already have that on hand. Next time around I'll roll with the EQ. Thanks a million.
 
Sounds like you need to do more research but if you have never ran a cycle, just run an ai. Serms for pct unless you already have gyno

Ok, I started my first cycle with this in mind. I am a college swimmer, and I did a simple test e at 500 mg/wk. For a total of 12 weeks, I've only ever been piss tested so I'm fine. But I will tell you in swimming I get painful shoulder pumps when swimming very long distance days but not on sprint days. Also anavar if you get it legit then it can also cause painful pumps. I was lifting and eating a ton while I swam and gained about 16 lbs! A great majority being muscle since I was doing so much cardio and this slowed me down. So, I'm no expert but from what I've experienced, it would be good to get something that won't give you as bad as pumps as it hurts during practice. I could suggest like low dose test (250 mg/wk), eq, and maybe low dosages of anavar to avoid the pumps or winny. Again I am not a pro on this but trust me you want to avoid those painful pumps! And not gain too much weight as it will slow you down.

Thanks for the feedback! When I dosed var I would at times get cramps in targeted muscle groups I was working. I'm reserved about EQ as my buddy said it messed with his junk in the worst of ways. Is this common?

What specific type of cardio? And I would honestly go a lower dose of test, and don't eat big to get big. IT WILL SLOW YOU DOWN, at the beginning of my cycle before I gained some good weight my times were just getting shredded, but as I gained weight all of those times got a little slower and it was harder to keep up with a faster pace at practice due to the muscle pumps. So just be aware. If the pumps get out of hand just lower your dosage on stuff.

Timed long distance runs ranging from 1 to 4 miles.
 
So I would say this. Have a pharm grade ai on hand. This will ensure your safety as far as estrogen goes.

Don't rely on just nolva, you have no idea how your body will react and you can always get bloodwork done to check your cholesterol levels. Oh and make sure to get pre cycle bloods please
