Senior citizen here looking for any helpful training tips , PED information .
Wrong side of 65 , I have been training in gyms way before it was fashionable ( early 20's ) . This is a lifestyle for me not a 12 week challenge .
I have been on TRT since 40 running 125 of Sus 250 weekly , 5iu HGH daily and a splash of Mast E weekly . Never done big blasts as my goal has been muscular physique .
Looking forward to joining in where I can .
