Biggest issue for me is to eat I dont have a big appetite
im 5'10 174lbs been lifting for the 2 months and gained ~5lbs
I have A pretty hard job ( roofing) so My calorie intake needs to be even bigger for maintenance. any suggestion on what type of Whey I could use? ( btw im natty)
