From trt to 1st cycle

Le sigh. Im just going to remove the shit. This is what the scale says. If Im 30 I'm 30. But that is just a guess as well. I can only say what info I have available to me. Unless you are going to pay for a dexa. Are you?

don't need a dexa. just use your eyes and google to see what BF you're at. you probably have 30lbs to go before you're 20% or under. the progress you've made is great, you just need to keep going. good luck

I'm not even sure if it's worth posting here since you don't seem willing to listen to anyone.

As others have said, you are nowhere near 16% bf. You are closer to 30%. In order for you to get down to 12% with the amount of muscle you have now, your body weight will need to be in the 160 range and possibly lower.

For reference, I am also 5'10 and mid-40s, and I'm 180 at what my scale says is 15%. I take 100mgs of TRT per week and blast up to 250 absolute maximum once or twice a year.

You have absolutely no business messing around with these compounds at these dosages. Keep your test at 120 - that's perfect for you. Stay on the reta at 2mg and absolutely forget about all this other stuff you're thinking about until you're down to at least 185. These doses you're proposing aren't even going to do anything for you with your current understanding of diet and training.

I'm not saying this to hate on you. I'm saying this to try to help. You just had a baby boy and you are NOT healthy. I'd bet almost anything I own that you have some level of heart disease and you are at least pre-diabetic with your age, race, and bf%. You wanna play around with this stuff and have a heart attack and not be around for your boy? Hardly seems worth it.

Im not even gonna touch the tren for a bit. This is the plan. Im titrating up the test in 4 to 5 week intervals by 100 depending on what my labs say. I don't plan on going any higher than 500 though. Im not looking to be a mass monster or compete, just want to build to a nice physique. 200ish. I am lean bulking, staying just below maintenance to begin then slighly above when I get to about 195.
My only concern is you should not be in a calorie surplus/bulk you need to be in a deficit if you want to get jacked. Bust your ass get ij a deficit run the test as high as your body allows and go from there a surplus is not going to get you to your destination faster bit heavy lifting test and a deficit with cardio will

Who said I wasn't willing to listen? I've already moved away from tren thanks to this thread and upped my test as suggested. We talking about bf? I just said I may not be. I just posted what my scale said. If you want to conflate that with diet and trainng that's on you. People apparently like arguing.. Im down 50 pounds since sept without alot of muscle lost due to my diet and training. Stop being so hyperbolic, Im not doing this blind. Im running labs monthly, im checking my markers.and im healthier than I've been since my late 30's. So here ill say it for you. Im not 16%bf. Happy now?

Yes this is the plan. Deficit until 190ish. Basically the same that got me here about 1900 ish calories give or take. I won't go more than a slight over maintenance until that point. I dont want to be much less than 190. Thats my goal weight.

I know it may not seem heavy to most. But I haven't lifted weights since my early 20's. Im at it 3 days a week full-body now. These weights for me are heavy but im still progressing. And im doing 45 to 1 hour fasted cardio zone 2 5 days a week. I know i got a bit crazy with the Tren thing. I was a bit over zealous. And the bf thing I didn't think would cause this much of a stir. But lol here we are. Yes I was a bit defensive, but that's because I felt attacked. Correction I can take, but the over corrections, and being made as if im lying is a bit too far. That does not take away from what I've achieved so far, and im proud of that.

Understandable feeling attacked, but everyone was just being honest. You really cant trust a digital scale or watch to give you accurate body fat. You are better off getting measuring tape and caliper or using AI for better interpretation. Belive me this is a form of ppl that work out in no way we tryna take your shine for the work you have put in. Your transformation is great and we hope you keep killing it to your destination.

Bro, chill. No one here is trying to clown you. We're trying to help. It's your extreme defensiveness that is making people come down on you.

You are a dad. You are not a single 25 year old. You need to get your health in order first and foremost before trying to be Mr. Olympia here. Your target weight should be much lower than 190 and you should not be running all this gear yet (if ever).

But of course, it's your life. Good luck! I mean that.

Yeah I get that. Spend 300 for a scale and AI is better. Go figure. Live and learn tho. Much appreciated

I've been much lower. In my 20's I was 165 to 170. Ill post the Pic soon. 190 I was at in my 30's . I felt good and looked my best there. To me that is. I dont wish to be lighter, although it may be "healthier " I like myself a bit heavier. Both below images are 185ish. I know i was a fat fuck. But my health is pretty dang good. 4.9 a1c now.
