The authors are all Iranian physicians, may have better luck searching in Farsi.
Or... the email of one of the authors is listed, give him an ask--expand the Authors section, it's in there. "The data that support the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request."
Dude has a tonne of publications focussed on various overdoses and toxicities, seems it's his jam. As well as this one: "Medically important snakes and snakebite envenoming in Iran," which just sounds metal AF.
