First Cycle need help

Yea I do find it a little hard to get the right amount of protein in; so I might look for some type of protein drink.

I'm going to follow everything else you said though; I've tried caffeine before workouts it does work great.

Also DieYoung thanks man yea It feels amazing being clean; so much more motivated to get things done, and my energy in general has increased a lot.

I don't have tons of cash to be spending on food but I eat whatever I can get my hands on. I've been increasing cals up to 3500 lately and have put on about 5-10 pounds past month or so, and muscle is starting to increase.

I'm def going to use working out as my new addiction; and do it as much as I can.

I train some of the same muscles everyday because I can't always get to the gym; is this a bad thing? It usually is my upper body that I train the most.

I like to use the dunbell, do pushups, and use the door pull up bar the most; but I also work on my legs, and other parts of body in the gym with the machines. I try to get to the gym as much as I can but its hard with work; I get there 2-4 times a week; usually 3.

I burn off a lot of what I eat because I landscape; and am constantly on my feet all day walking around.

Also I've been lifting weights sense probably 15 on and off; I used to be 150-160 but thats before the horrible drug use started.

For some good results I would say stick to compound movements (put them in your routine first) and the your assitance exericises for after. For example (Compound Movement) : squat, deadlift, OHP, Bench, etc.
These will help you put on a lot of mass.

Sounds good I'll look those movements out so I can get a better idea how to do them right.

Is there something I could get for my house to do some of those workouts?

Would you suggest a at home bench; or something different to do them?

I also have tried many other things; but those are all in the past now, and dont plan to every do them again it just messes up your life too much.

I've stopped everything besides some buds once in a while.

Well you are young and it's great that you stopped now. Good work. If you focus on this lifestyle it will keep you off the drugs because you cant focus on bodybuilding and heroin at the same time. So stick with lifting and stay away from old friends and make new ones who lift.

You can afford the food man.. When you wanted pills I'm sure you found the money for them!! [:o)]

Yea you guys are right about the money thing; I've probably spent over 50k+ over the past couple years shits insane.

Yea I wish I could afford tons of extra food but unfortunately I cant anymore; after I stopped my habit parents now expect me to pay tons of bills which leaves me with literally nothing extra in the end of the day.

I'm also a full time college student; and have to pay towards that and past lawyer fee's.

I'll be graduating in a month and moving onto my 4 year school; cant wait going to be a great next few years.

But yea Ill just try and each whatever healthy around the house, and work to increase my mass and weight the next few years before ever considering juice again.

I appreciate everyone who posted here going to help so much to keep me in check, and work on my dreams of getting much bigger.
 
consistency is the key, make a habbit out of it and if you stick with it before you know it a year or two has passed and you will have built a nice physique. Then when you know about training and have a good diet going you can add gear. You are just starting out so you will make great gains naturally, no need for gear right now at all.
 
If you don't have the equipment and only go to the gym a couple times a week I would suggest a fullbody workout for the days you do go into the gym that include the compound movements.

I think you should definitely run the 5x5 workout. It will get you moving some decent weight quickly and naturally. I have used this program and loved it, so have many many others on this site.

Try for 4 large meals a day and add protein powder.
