First Cycle need help

Good to be on this forum; a friend recommend it to me.

I have been wanting to start a cycle for the past few months so I did last week.

I shot my first Test E shot 250mg last Sunday.

Then again I shot another 250mg shot today.

I was planning on doing two 250mg shots a week but that got messed up this week.

I've been second guessing this cycle sense the start; this is the part I really needed help with.

I feel I may be to young to have started this cycle; I need to know if you think I should stop or continue.

I have had natural low T for a few years now from past opiate use.

Here's my stats-

A- 21

W-140

H-5'7-5'8

I know I should probably of done more natural first; but I have a pretty decent build with pretty much no body fat.

My plan was to do this cycle 500mg a week; then run clomid/nova with adex as the AI.

I am able to get to the gym a couple times a week; and also workout a lot at home with dunbells, and pullup door bar.

I was panning on doing this cycle for 10 week then after return to natural for a couple years; I wanted to do this to help get my build up a bit more.

I have increased my cals to about 3500-4000 a week; was at around 2500 in the past.

My question is do you guys think I should continue with this cycle or not?

Also If I did stop would I need to take any PCT or AI during the few weeks of coming off?

Or is it too late to end the cycle now; and should I just consider it?

I appreciate all advice; thanks guys.

If you're a troll....Bad troll.

If you're serious....just stop now and don't take anything else. You have nothing to worry about stopping now cold turkey, but seriously, just stop.

Talk to your Doc about the Low T.

Okay thanks for your reply man.

Na not a troll just looking for some help.

I will def consider stopping now.

Do you think this is going to make my low T worse?

I got tests done a few weeks ago and it was under 200 out of 1000 doc said.

He said he would consider TRT in a few months; he wanted me to try a natural T booster first though.

Do you know of any natural boosters you would recommend?

Thanks

No.

Okay sounds good thanks for all your advice guys.

I've decided to stop.

I'm going to save them for when I'm around 23-24 when I'm up to 170-180 natural; does that sound better?

Also they should last right and not expire I have test E and dbol; dbol is liquid and sealed, and test is rubber stopped.

Do you guys know of any good natural T boosters?

How long have you been clean? Your T might rise up as the opiates clear your system. It takes about a year clean for your body to start working like it used to...

Natural T boosters have about as good a chance of raising your T as snorting pixie sticks.

Don't waste your money on natural T boosters, they don't raise your testosterone enough to have an affect.

Good to know haha def wont waste money on any of those then.

Also I've been clean 8 months of any opiates; my last opiate was suboxone.

Yea your right it might start to go up again in the next few months.

Would you guys recommend any proteins, post workout stuff, or any weight gainer things? Or are those just a waist of money too?

Most of the stuff you need you can get if from your diet. If you can get your protein from real food you wouldn't need to buy protein powder unless you find it more convenient. The supplements I would recommend are creatine (5g), fish oil (usually 3 caps a day), and vitamin D3. If you need a boost in the gym I would recommend buying some caffeine. 200mg of caffeine gets me through my workouts, I feel preworkouts are overrated and overpriced, but people have their own oppinion.

You are clearly light years away from starting a cycle. Get your training and diet in check, those are the most important part of this.

Sounds good thanks for the tips calvare2.

Yea I do find it a little hard to get the right amount of protein in; so I might look for some type of protein drink.

I'm going to follow everything else you said though; I've tried caffeine before workouts it does work great.

Also DieYoung thanks man yea It feels amazing being clean; so much more motivated to get things done, and my energy in general has increased a lot.

I don't have tons of cash to be spending on food but I eat whatever I can get my hands on. I've been increasing cals up to 3500 lately and have put on about 5-10 pounds past month or so, and muscle is starting to increase.

I'm def going to use working out as my new addiction; and do it as much as I can.

I train some of the same muscles everyday because I can't always get to the gym; is this a bad thing? It usually is my upper body that I train the most.

I like to use the dunbell, do pushups, and use the door pull up bar the most; but I also work on my legs, and other parts of body in the gym with the machines. I try to get to the gym as much as I can but its hard with work; I get there 2-4 times a week; usually 3.

I burn off a lot of what I eat because I landscape; and am constantly on my feet all day walking around.

Also I've been lifting weights sense probably 15 on and off; I used to be 150-160 but thats before the horrible drug use started.

Most people don't get enough Vitamin D3 (you get it by exposure to the sun). Here is some info:
Vitamin D has several important functions. Perhaps the most vital are regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorous, and facilitating normal immune system function. Getting a sufficient amount of the vitamin is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against certain diseases.

If your body doesn’t get enough vitamin D, you’re at risk of developing bone abnormalities such as osteomalacia (soft bones) or osteoporosis (fragile bones).

Why do you recommend vitamin d3?

For some good results I would say stick to compound movements (put them in your routine first) and the your assitance exericises for after. For example (Compound Movement) : squat, deadlift, OHP, Bench, etc.
These will help you put on a lot of mass.
