Felling lightheaded....

For the past week or so I have been getting real light headed and shakey. It has been happening 2 or 3 times a day and only last for a few minutes and then it is gone. Right now I am on 750mg a week of IP sus and 50mg per day of IP d'bol and 600mg of Ip deca. Do you think it has something to do with the d'bol? I had my blood pressure checked the other day and it was 149/85. A little high but not that bad. Any ideas? This is my 5th cycle and I have never felt like this before.

It might have something to do with your diet as well. If you are limiting carbs in any way, that too can cause dizziness.

But 50mg D-bol a day is more than likely the culpret. If you find yourself huffing and puffing by merely walking up a flight of stairs, than your BP is too high, even if you don't think the numbers indicate it. Your running a real heavy stack. The Sust and deca would be plenty, but adding the dbol to the mix is, IMO, over-kill. I've tried such stacks in the past, and again, IMO, they are not necessarily more effective than stacks with fewer components.

Drop the dbol and you'll probably feel better, and the stack will be just as effective.

It could be any number of factors including hbp as mentioned. For what it's worth, I used to break out in a cold sweat and get real hungry and shaky on occasion when using ip winny. Almost like a hypoglycemic reaction. It would always go away in time but I was never sure what was going on.

If it starts getting real bad just slow down on your gear. Better safe than sorry. I have the same kind of symptoms before. I get real lightheaded in the gym or even when im out buyin food. Watch yourself and make sure your eating properly as well too.

Oh shit...I didn't realize you're taking 600mgs of Deca....You should cut that down to 400mgs...2 to 1 ratio tes to deca.....otherwise you're going to get Deca Dick....nice limp dick for you....Cut that deca down.

Not quite true. I do the same amout, 750 test eth, and 600 deca and never get deca dick. It just depends on the person. It has to be the blood pressure so listen to the advices above.

Thanks guys!! I thinkit is the high blood pressure.

Armsports, you hit the nail on the head. I does feel like hypoglycemic reaction. When I get this way I always crave marshmellows. I think it is my bodies way of telling me that I need some sugar. Crazy huh?

KandAandM, good advice but I have done this cycle before with no problems. The only difference is that last time I went with 30mg dbol. I have cut it back to 40mg over the last couple of days and it has helped a little. I may just drop it back to 30mg to finish the last 2 weeks.

Hey Alwaysgrowing....50mg of d-bol a day is or is not alot depending on your stats........However at that daily dose you need to consume lots of R.O. or distilled water and don't forget the potassium.....Bananas etc......and or potassium supps.....I have had the same symptoms, lightheaded, dizzy.etc.....Also alcohol the night before can contribute to these same symptoms so if your gonna get serious about training....get serious.....No alcohol.....Eat clean...Period......Train Hard.......Peace Out...Vegas

Carbs

If you are spiking insulin levels with simple carbs your body could end up releasing a little too much insulin and then result in hypoglycemia.

Another bro on this thread suggested that restricting carbs could cause similar symptoms and he is correct too. However, on the cycle you described restricting carbs just wouldn't make sense. What is your diet like? Diet is usually the culprit in situations like these . . .. .

Just curious why you recommend distilled water? I've drank that stuff and it just gave me the shits. Peace.
