Thanks for all the responses, I switched things up a lot, I eat now a split of p35/c45/f20. I is working the best for me. Tried Keto and hated it and it caused me all sorts of stomach problems. I still do not understand how keto makes sense, I eat high fat so my body uses fat for fuel, well okay thats fine and all but isnt it using the fat I EAT for fuel? Is it suppose to somehow eat the body fat for fuel instead? Carbs are filling and make you have tons of energy to train hard and to grow, fats make me feel lethargic and like crap! To much protein also just gets converted to fuel and is a waste of money and not really good fuel either so thats where I came up with the numbers for my split. Figuring out how many calories per day I should be eating and correct protein amount and fit it all together.. now that was a whole process in of itself
