As of this morning I’m 186lbs. Was 182 yesterday and 173 last Monday. 1g test c 600 tren e is the anabolics. Calculated TDEE is 2800 and currently just upped cals yesterday to 4350. My morning fasted BG today was 52. Measured it after my workout and it was 35. 2 hours after eating a 130g carb meal BG was 30. Immediately ate another 150g carbs and it was 59so hes eating 5000 calories, he is on 1g test 600mg tren. and google tells me he is under 77kg?
i think he isnt lying about the anabolics atleast, so we should get to the food with low bloodsugar he might have tracked 500 calories instead of 5000.

Pushing to hard meaning pushing the blood to the tip of the finger to hard? I’ve had pretty consistently low readings the past few days. No clue why I don’t have a feeling of going hypo when it was fucking 30 today. If it truly was 30. It measured in twice both at 30. I even used it on my mom to see if the monitor was working and sure as shit she measured in the 70s so I know it was working. Should I just keep upping carbs and total calories? Nothing to joke with. But also could be messing up with pricking your finger. Pushing too hard can allow fluid to come up with the blood and throws off glucose meters. Happened to me constantly.
So I got put in a CGM.
I’m dealing with a lot of problems and reactive hypoglycemia is one of them.
Two months ago I was crashing to 40-50 and having all of those symptoms. Tunnel vision sweating inability to use my hands.
Doctors have no clue. I’ve seen 3.
Any time I have more than 40g of carbs. boom glucose crashes within 10-15 mins. To 60-65.
If I have complex carbs or anything that truly spikes your insulin it hits harder.
Fats & fiber with carbs slow the digestion and rate in which they spike your BG.
I was crashing during my sleep as well. My CGM was the only thing that let me know that. Which is bad.

How do I counteract this? I’m already in a 1600 surplus lolNot necessarily and that's where it gets particularly harmful. The more times you go hypo, the less symptoms you get. But you still experience neuroglycopenia (brain starved of glucose).
Called hypoglycemia unawareness.

4350 calI deal with this shit all the time and it's not just normies.
People are almost universally horrible at measuring food intake & macros.
Fortunately there are some apps where you can take pictures of your meals and it's at least in the ballpark. This is a big step forward for remote coaching.
I was in a 1k surplus just recently added the extra 600 to try and combat the low BGA 1600 surplus is ridiculous. Your tracking is off.
