EXTREME hunger on test

Since starting 250 test 6 weeks ago even on 6mg of reta a week consuming tons of caffeine and high volume foods I’m struggling to eat less than 4000 cals a day. Always struggled with food but I’ve gone from 8-9% bodyfat at 155 to closer to 15 at 190 just because my appetite is insatiable. Will this level out? Don’t want to up reta dose but I may have to add in some cagri or tirz which is absurd to have to do while bulking. My glp hormones are all disregulated from when i was 300 lbs but it’s never been this bad

IMO, add some Cagrilintide if you're struggling with hunger. I've tried 15 mg of Reta before, and it did absolutely nothing for my appetite. On the other hand, 2.5 mg of Tirz prior to Reta completely wiped it out.

Reta never really impacted my appetite, though it did help reduce food noise.

I also haven't noticed any added benefits from using 15 mg of Reta compared to 10 mg or even 5 mg. At the moment, I'm sticking with 5 mg during the off-season for the overall health benefits.

Have you noticed any success from Cagri? I'm up to 1.25mg now which seems to be considered a high dose according to Reddit. From the beginning, starting at 0.25mg, to now, I can't say I've ever felt a difference. Almost as if it's fake (probably not, it's a good source) or I just don't respond to it. I'm also on 6mg reta atm.

I'm about finished with my Cagri vial and I've been thinking of discontinuing and just adding in tirz on top of reta for appetite supression

Yea when I was dieting I worked up to 10+ mg a week and still didnt do much for appetite but it definitely lets me stay leaner A LOT easier

Yea bro I be dealing with the same shit -

Lowkey had like an identical background as u, was 260lbs at my heaviest, dropped like 90lbs over a year fully natty then hopped on trt + reta. It's weird how being overweight fucks up your hunger hormones so much. Last blast, when I bumped my test from 150 to 350 and brought GH up to 5IU while on 10mg reta my hunger went up like crazy, like I'd struggle to stay under 3500cals. Upping the reta a bit(12mg) and volumemaxxing finally got it to stabilize after a few weeks, and then when I dropped down to trt the opposite happened and I was struggling to get my calories in. Have been cruising for a bit, and started to see my hunger creep up again so I added in 1mg tirz/week two weeks ago, which has been great so far.

I think at some point you'll get to a certain saturation point with reta where increasing the dose has huge diminishing returns and you wont see any appetite supression. I think this happens with all GLPs but reta is the worst offender due to the triple agonist.
