I didn't think it actually existed, but I'll be damned, I got hated on for having a physique a few weeks back. I was in the mall, killing time while my tattoo artist finished up his design work for my tat when this couple started talking shit to each other about me. A fat guy and his skinny-with-no-muscle nerd girl, about college age, started saying "Guess he spends all his time in the gym" "Doesn't have anything better to do than lift weights" - At first I thought they had to be talking about something else - I'm not huge, but I have a moderate physique. But they got louder and louder about how all the roids I am on must be making my dick small and my muscles huge.

I got up and walked over and politely asked them "Do you even have the foggiest clue about who or what the fuck you are talking about?" they just kept on with the "Aren't you supposed to be in the gym right now?"

I left them with some quiet choice words, because I really didn't want to get busted by mall security for smashing the guy's face in. I really wanted the tattoo (it came out awesome, by the way).

Has this shit ever happened to you? I didn't think it was possible, I mean who shames fit people? Who goes after guys with muscles when they could rip them in half without even putting a full contraction into it? It's not like I was standing there talking shit about fat people.. I was minding my own business looking through the sci-fi section of the bookstore.

Only in today’s culture is being fit shamed and being fat or ordinary is praised. I would’ve waited for that fat tub of goo to step outside and whooped his fat ass.

Something is missing in that story I’m guessing, he was probably selling and that’s where the arrest/search warrant came from. If he wasn’t selling and they somehow just got the warrant based on heresy (which I highly doubt) even if they found something like his personal stash any competent attorney could likely get it tossed out. Like I said important details are missing.

I have been told that I have a resting serial killer blank stare, so even though I’m not the biggest of guys, when people look at me and I look back at them, their reaction is to look away from me and at the ground.

Had trouble working at customer service jobs in the past because of this...

Haha! I get told I look like I'm going to murder people too. WTF. Lady at work said that I look like I want to kill her but in a hot kinda way. I'm pretty gregarious too so I dont see it.

I live in a small town with a similar 24 hour gym (and I think I'm the only guy that uses AAS). There's one kid that works at the weed dispo that's asked me about stuff who I'll talk to. Other than that I don't say shit.

From a family-style gym owners perspective you don't want people talking about gear in the open. Whenever illicit drugs get brought up procuring/buying/selling follows and I could totally see a gym owner trying to stamp that out by calling the police and having them ask a few questions.

You want to know what the worst thing is about your statement? Its actually also shamed on bodybuilders in the gym for being fit by 'fitness advocates'. You would think that in a gym,, people are going to be supportive of you as a bodybuilder. But in todays gyms,,, nope. In the gyms I worked out in the past,, there has always been this 'us and them' mentality (fitness advocates and bodybuilders). Its pretty severe at the gym I work out at concurrently as this particular gym is mostly bodybuilders (or a 50/50 split with fitness advocates) and I will always notice some fitness advocate shaking their head in disgust when a bodybuilder trains hard, or just starting up shit with a bodybuilder for training hard. It sure as hell happened to me a few times. Its just really pathetic when it happens.

They most definitely could have just gone there to question him and hope he had loose lips, but the fact that he was in just a towel would make it unlikely they came just to question him, they’d at least let him get dressed first, shit even if the came to arrest him they’d have him put some pants on unless he was resisting.

I have to say that I’ve looked at obese people and have had bad thoughts about what they had in their grocery cart! But I would never shame them, or say something hurtful. Some people have no class. I love this lifestyle no matter who’s hating.

I never get hate comments. I just do it to please myself, not others. I always had this “fuck what people think” mentality. I’m not a crowd pleaser, fuck the crowd. They never did anything for me anyway.

The whole fat fuck epidemic is American only. I'm in Germany for three weeks, spent a few days in Amsterdam and a few days in Belgium and I can tell you I haven't seen one fat person here except for the American tourist. It's really pathetic.
Also they have gyms here everywhere and they are full of skinny guys trying to get big. I dont think anybody around here cycles, I think the biggest guy have seen is about 180lbs... except for this one black guy in amsterdam was about my size about 240, we talked for a while he was super cool.

i've had a couple of instances where guys have looked me up and down with a look of contempt in their eyes. One just occured a couple of days ago.

i just smile and say what's up. In my mind i laugh and think to myself, it isn't my fault you have no drive to better yourself.

when I lived in ann arbor there was a dude at the gym who was like a rich piana type guy, obviously a heavy AAS/GH user that was big as fuck but not in competition shape and he always smelled really bad, and he was clearly a dude who had discipline so I think he stunk just to be the alpha gorilla

Yeah, I was over there in Germany, Czech Rep in Jan. Not a fat fuck to be found. Berlin has more food, restaurants than anywhere I've been and nobody is a lard ass. Loved Berlin.

I have found the western European women to be absolutely terrible with feminism. It's like America on steroids with the fem movement in some parts over there. Do you ever notice that there?
