Eating fruit during precontest???

Hey is it okay to one serving of fruit like a couple slices of water melon or a banana during precontest dieting?

Right now I'm 12 weeks out ( dieting for one week) and I'd like to have at least four or five slices of water melon or a banana once a day. I'd drop this fruit around 8 weeks out but is it okya for now?

Id eat the banana right after my lifting sessions.....i assume you do cardio seperately....or is it right after your strength training???
 
How big of contest is this nute? I am really anxious to hear how you do. As for your question, i am definitely not qualified to answer for contest pret. Hoping some of the other guys on here who have actually competed will respond. IMO you should have no problem eating this. especially postworkout
 
hmmm thats tough i didnt eat any fruit unless i was forced too from hypo, but alot of guys respond well, if you choose too do so eat bluberries,apples,strwberries and citrus fruit since it has alkoids that speed up the fat burning process but only eat this shit after training and in the early morning what no throw the bannana out and
you should be going to the gym 2x a day dude cardio in morning and little cardio with your regular training session it all about gettin rippppped
