yeah so its totally dependent on your estrogen levels... its not black and white that it will lower igfya I mean if we are talking about going from extremely high to high then you won’t see much reduction in IGf but if we are talking 80-40 then ya you will
Crude oilI just wanna ask him what his skin care routine is
His medical degree is from Ross University in the country of Barbados, which is accredited by the Caribbean Accreditation Authority for Education in Medicine and other Health Professions
Piss and sand paper. Applied daily of course.I just wanna ask him what his skin care routine is
On a positive note ....are there tried and true trusted people like Dante Trudell etc that you guys have found to be more on the money?
I'm keen to get a few names to research.
I was like you sometime ago, was looking to learn from "trusted" educators and heard lots and lots of podcasts. Everytime i came across a new one for me i thought well, he seems legit and he says interesting things.
It didn't take long to understand that most of them are just saying bs. The majority of them speaks in absolutes (which is a huge no regarding ped use). Eventually you learn to filter the good from crap but honestly all that time you spend to listen, 80% is a waste and 20% valuable.
I learnt way more things from this board and the PM since i cam relate to many other average users like i am, hearing anecdotal reports from many have a bigger value than hearing a lot of different and fancy stuff coming out from one person.
For example, if you follow vigorous he says "i can feel 10mg anavar" and "i took 25mg tren a week and mutated" and then you think that's how things are supposed to go when i do it myself, and then you get disappointed or you think your gear is bunk lol.
The only thing i would suggest to watch these days is "think big bodybuilding" and the new podcast with Andrew Berry and Kyle Wilks.
Other than that, just stick to the board read logs, bloodworks, cycles etc. You'll learn much more.
Do you have a link?
I did watcha. Video with him and Dr Mike Isratel......about half way thru the interview Dr Mike Totally tuned out.....started giving one word answers....it was staggering to see and I've no idea why....Dr Mike is incredibly charismatix
I like Andrew and Kyle's content also. They're pretty transparent about how everyone is different and that coaches really need to spend a lot of time getting to know their athletes' bodies and how they respond to things.I was like you sometime ago, was looking to learn from "trusted" educators and heard lots and lots of podcasts. he also doesnt show up on docinfo.org, a site in which ALL medical doctors who actively practice medicine show up on.Correct. And If you google him you won't find an NPI number. He likes listing his credentials but I have not ever seen any documentation of an internship or residency, meaning that he might not even have a medical license (obtained after 1 year of residency / internship after passing the final part of the National Board Exam). I do not think he is board certified in anything. I've spoken with people who have retained him for services and he has not ever prescribed anything, but instead sends people through his website for labs (which are ordered by someone else) and while he will interpret them, I don't think he is actually practicing medicine in any shape or form. His main talent is speaking authoritatively to an audience who knows less than he does. If you've ever taken a course in organic chemistry or biochemistry and listen to him you will see that he is lost at sea.
IMO some of the best opinions on this matter are Dante Trudel, Jordan Peters, Stan Efferding, and many others. Not Todd Lee.
While I am no fan of Todd Lee, "Dr." Mike is waaaaay worse.Do you have a link?

Think big is goated! I also like Unwracked, the second one you referenced. The only thing i would suggest to watch these days is "think big bodybuilding" and the new podcast with Andrew Berry and Kyle Wilks.
It doesn't, obviously if you crush your estrogen you will have a lot less IGF-1, but if its in range (arguably slightly above reference range is slightly better) then you are fine, control your estrogen please don't listen to the guys fearmongering AI use, I tried that shit (not using AIs because they are "bad" for you) and it just fucked me overDamn I didn’t no arimidex lowers igf1. I’m currently using .25mg every 3rd day. On 400mg test. What is the equivalent of aromasin, 12.5? I’m on 4iu hgh, I guess the arimidex is making that kind of a waste smh
