Doing first 20 week bulk cycle, any suggestions?

I’ve always stuck to 12-15 week bulks. First time pushing to 20. A little weary of markers pushing that long, but just wanted to hear from the community & see if you guys have ran similar cycles and what that experience was like.
Currently 170 12%bf 5’10
Will be in a 500cal surplus
~28% protein / ~50% carbs / ~19% fat

Personally not a fan of kickstarting w orals

If it were me I’d just increase the test to 400-450

Running EQ at a dose so close to your test dose might crush your estrogen. I’ve never run EQ, but it can affect some people’s E2 more than others

I was under the impression you needed to run significantly higher EQ than test to replace AI fully & that its AI effects were very mild.
To your other point, you think I would get more keepable mass from raising the test and dropping the tbol?
 
EQ 400 weekly shot my E2 down to 19 pg/ml with 500 mg test. Caused obvious joint pain and mood issues. If I were you, I'd up the test to 500 if you want to keep EQ at 300. Make sure to get bloods soon to check where your E2 levels settle.
