Different bayer amps

was Curious if anyone is familiar w these bayer test Amps. I've had a ton that the top gets slimmer to the tip but these new ones I got from naps the top is fatter and doesn't get slim to a point.

On the left is the normal ones. On the right are the fat ones.

Is anyone familiar w the fat tip ones?

Never seen the ones on the right either man. Are you gonna test it? Sure hope they ain't counterfeiting these amps now...
