Hey, 52 yo male in pretty good shape. I have been reading on here for a year before I signed up. Learned a wealth of info on everything from diet to cycles, pct and everything in between.

Goals for the year. I have been looking into a lot of longevity peptides. Just finished my first blast. Spent most of my time at 400mg a week of test. Last month went up to 500mg a week. Gained enough weight to start getting random compliments in the gym and in the wild. Sitting around 10% BF right now, but am losing some energy. Will probably up it a percent or two. Too old to go bruce lee ripped... :) Also, not sure how much of the low energy is the 10% or being 5 weeks out from PCT start.

Thinking about one more cycle. Probably going to be around 300mg a week and run it for 4-6 months. Steady gains. The goal here is to grow my legs. I can rep 315 on squats for about 6-8, but they are still somewhat small. I wear relaxed fit jeans a size to big(Texas IYKYK) and I want to get to the point where they fit snug...

Natural t was around 725 pre-cycle. Just about to do post cycle BW. We will see how I recovered...

Get complete labs done, at 52 this isn't pct any longer. Just cruise and reap the rewards of your effort long-term. Stay at a dose that is healthy and verifiable from labs. If you're in good health, you can blast accordingly throughout the year. Just advice as I'm in my 40s and this was a permanent journey early 30s.

I hear ya on the TRT. I was going to see if I can recover into the 700's again. If I can get there, I am probably going to hold out on TRT. My stubbornness is telling me to wait until it is needed. Don't feel like a lifetime commitment until it is necessary. I felt fine at 725. If I can get back to that, I will hold off. If not, I will jump on the train... Hard to tell when you spent the last 3 months feeling superhuman to remember what normal feel like... :)
