Determining if I need TRT

To determine if I need a TRT, is testing the following hormones enough:

LH
FSH
SHBG
Estradiol
Testosterone
Free Testosterone

...or are there more things to consider?

Pretty close. I’d also recommend looking in a mirror and making sure you’re not a fatty who lives a fatty life and does dumb things like doesn’t sleep and parties.
In other words lives normal and average life, cuz we know we ain't normal by society standards when we eat our diet and train. Good thing at least they don't know about our use of peds, cuz that is compared to junkies by normies...

Anyway, yes OP. Read and think about what he said and think again. Maybe your lifestyle is to point a finger to and blame is the first step.

Trt/peds or whatever drugs are really not gonna do much unless you nail the basics and master the diet first and then training second. Healthy Testosterone levels doesn't automatically transform you, but it helps. Your will to change your lifestyle once and for all will. It takes time, a lot of time. From average to athletic body it takes most people 2-3 years of serious hard work.

No, I'm not fat. I used to be a subhuman during my puberty when I was fat, but nowadays at age of 23, I'm fit and have low body fat percentage that continues to drop; it will be dropping until it reaches a single-digit number. Currently, it's about 11%, I guess.

Also, I don't have low T symptoms such as erectile dysfunction, depression, constant tiredness, etc..., but I have other reasons to still think I have low T.

Using the mirror won't help, because my body doesn't display signs of low T, which doesn't mean I don't have low T.

So, are there other hormones whose values have to be checked.

Where's the bloodwork?

ya HIGHLY unlikely would have low T, lol...

cool to get a baseline # though for when your ~40yo and cool to monitor along the way.. but ya, you don't need or want TRT... your brain is not even developed fully yet to make such a decision. ESP if 0 symptoms.. you need 10% more life ie around 26-27yo to be fully developed..

Def can make it a game to optimize your natural levels and see how high you can get it! remember T is for old and sick guys, not healthy young bucks, unless they are cheaters and want to be hooked on a needle for 40 years.

I did it the previous month. The testornerone level is 603 ng/dL.
You don't need TRT at 23.
It won't be a TRT.

It will start as a TRT, but will become a cycle.

I'm planning to start with a TRT dose that will be increased slowly to see how far I can go without using AIs. The point is to measure my aromatization rate.

I think it would be a great idea to use the blasting and cruising method.

SHBG?
Free T preferably by equilibrium dialysis?
TT done with LCMS?
Serum albumin?
LH?
FSH?

so...you're going to start at what? 100 mg and work your way up to what? how long at each dose? which ester? what's the goal? how long/how intensely have you trained? what are your end goals? personally I'd suggest waiting a few years unless you're aiming to be the next cbum or...whoever is big in the open catagory these days.

I have planned it.

Yes, 100 mg, which is supposed to give me the same testosterone level I have now, which is 600 ng/dL.

4 weeks after I start injecting, I will do a blood test to see my testosterone, free testosterone, estrogen and estradiol.

If, after 4 weeks, estrogen and e2 are within normal range, the dose will be increased by 25-50 milligrams. And after another 4 weeks, I will do a second blood test to see my testosterone, free testosterone, estrogen and estradiol.

The point of this is to slowly increasing the dose to see how far I can go without using AIs. For me, it's important to know my aromatization rate.

Knowing precisely the aromatization rate will allow me to use precise doses of AIs, which is important. Using too hight or too low doses will cause hormonal balance. That's why I want everything to be precise.

The ester will be enanthate.

I tested only testosterone and free testosterone back then.

The results:

Testosterone - 20.90nmol/L (reference range: 8.64 - 29.00)
Free testosterone - 28.83pg/mL (reference range: 15.00 - 50.00)

It seems my free testosterone is at low bottom, but it doesn't matter because I'm going on steroids anyway.

And I don't know what equilibrium dialysis, TT done with LCMS and Serum albumin are, but LH, FSH, and SHBG, I may test them this month, although I don't think they matter during a steroid cycle, when they will be suppressed anyway.

LH and FSH are suppressed during cycle, which is why PCT is needed to restore them, and hCG is what mimics them during cycle. Why should I care about these hormones?
