I am not as worried about the per capita income , as i am about quality of life. Low crime, they dont attack defenseless innocent countries ,and weed is legal .

Frosty lets not forget that if you did live in Canada right now, even though you dont contribute to its economy since you dont work, you'd still be able to get that much needed psychiatric counseling that you desperately need..and your parents wouldnt have to pay for your anti-depressants.
