Delt and Calf shots?

HARDCOREGUNS

Going to be doing them for the first time this cycle because of the short ester. Any tips for either? I know exactly wher to aim and how to position for glutes/quads, but any help with delts/calves/tris would be appreciated. I looked over www.spotinjections.com but it doesn't really describe where you want to aim.

I only inject into the rear head of the delts because almost every time I've injected into the front or side, I've hit nerves. It doesn't hurt, but it's just a creepy twitching feeling. The muscle twitches several times during the injection, and it's just uncomfortable. It never happens in the rear though.

When I do the tris, I inject into the side of the long head.

As far as the calves go, I've never done it there. Can't get up the nerve to. The calf is a very dense muscle. Seems like it would hurt. I'm sticking to the delts, tris, quads and glutes.

Delt is the only spot I've been using lately. I do front, medial, and rear although I do tend to hit a nerve once in a while in the front. I'm going to have to find another spot soon but IMHO delts are the easiest place to shoot. I always seem to hit a nerve or aspirate blood in the quad. I use a 23 gauge 1" in the delt. Have done up to 3cc but keep it to about 1cc now. Calves, no way. I would love to get up the nerve to hit the bi's or tri's.

I injected in my calf once and my calf and foot both swelled up and filled with fluid. I couldn't walk for a couple days. And it took at least a week for the swelling to go away. I wouldn't recommend it.
