Lets be precise.
For non EU shipments, customs asking for contents and proof of payment is standard. That part is not special. The question is what vendors mean when they say:
* Half never get flagged and pass clean
* Half get flagged and still clear after declaration
* Or half are done the moment questions start
Because once customs asks for contents and proof of payment (usually crypto), the path narrows fast. At that point it does not feel like a coin flip.
For those with real cases:
* How often do flagged packages actually clear after full declaration
* Is the “50/50” before customs engagement, or after
* EU Country probably matters.
Not asking for tricks. I want to know what that number represents in the real world.
