I really only add a dedicated arm day when I don't want to rest but just hit two overlapping muscle groups or plan on day one and three and two was supposed to be a rest
Exactly this lol, we really have a similar approach to training in every aspect. All your posts and rep ranges and spilts are identical to mine, what are your stats?

I been noticing it to lol. 33yr old I'm about 5'11 and rn sitting at 205 to 210 depending on water intake. Maybe more I need to drink more water always. Bench 305x1 dead 450-500x1 I forgot, I gotta check the white board. And squat is at 405 I think but again white board. Got one in my gym and it is amazing to have somewhere to jot down stuff fast and inspire you to Track even if a notepad or phone are easy. Try not making 3in letters after a heavy set lol.

Nkce we are very similar, i dont drink enough water, i am probably losing alot of gains from that

A sufficient amount of water is a guarantee of good shape and vital activity too.
 
The powerlifter corner has some interesting thoughts for periodically changing up workouts and programs. I believe there are some lessons there for bodybuilders. I have used some of those concepts over my years effectively.

Yes, I agree that it is good to change the style of training. And from classic bodybuilding systems to powerlifting systems, you will benefit. The main thing is to pay great attention to technology. Since strength training does not accept underestimation.
