Hey guys, going to document my cycle here from now on.
We start this cycle log in a cut. Now disclaimer, I use higher dose of Test cuz I'm utilizing high doses of t3/clen, also I get 0 sides and good bloodwork and am able to continuously progress in the gym even in an aggressive cut.
The cut macros:
I eat this everyday, same meals. Clean foods. Ofc as I add Tren into this cycle, the tdee boost from Tren makes up for the lost TDEE as I lose weight, also very likely to push my maintained even higher.
Test: I run it, aromatize a fair amount, but Masteron can lower my e2 all the way to the middle of the reference range. (I have proof). 0 sides, 0 bloating
Masteron: Stable since my first cycle, plan is to cut to a lower single digit bf and bulk to a decent bf where Masteron's cosmetic effects still shine, plus the way it seamlessly is synergetic and control my e2 is wonderful.
Tren: This has been my all time favorite compounds, I get 0 sides, bloodwork does not change at all, no bp issues. My prolactin is barley within the bottom of the reference range on 440mg Tren ace as I naturally have lower prolactin.
HCG: I cycle it 12 weeks on, 6-8 weeks off. Actually like to use HCG as it gets my e2 in a healthy range
This is the proposed plan.
My bulk will consist of higher tren, and 8ius hgh and 100mchg t4.
Goal of the cut is to get as lean as possible, single digit.
Notes: Feels great, appetite in check, no craving. Self discipline maxed out.
RHR: around 90-95, no issues with chest, cramping, insomnia. I expect this RHR to drop based on experience.
RHR: Started the week at 85, kept stable throughout
RHR: between 90-95 again as we bumped up the clen/t3, this is my max t3 dose, catabolism shouldn't be an issue on these anabolic doses.
RHR: Even with more clen and t3, RHR stabilized around 80-85
Notes: This has been the first week where I felt the strength plateau, even with tren in the mix, I know I'm not going catabolic.
RHR: Clen upped again, cuz I honestly had extra, RHR had dropped to 80 max and trending below 80 even more clen, good news. This is the max dose I will use, diminishing returns and higher risk even tho I got no sides.
