Daily protein from shakes?

100gr of protein from shakes minimum. I hate relying on it, but with intermittent fasting, I find it difficult as shit to eat 200+ grams of protein in one sitting
 
Zero percent should come from powder. Or as little as possible. Now I don’t know your stats but I’m doubting you are 300+lbs lean. Doubt you’re a lean 230. You seem to be consuming a bunch of protein shakes you don’t need to and could have a 600 calorie meal instead and be much better off. I generally consume 200g a day and some days 24g comes from whey which is just one scoop added to a quarter cup of ground up steel cut oats and 120g of 2% milk.

Just curious how much protein everyone is getting from whey? I'm between 120g-180g from iso whey and 200g from Tilapia and 28g from eggs. How about you folks?
Try to get mine from 50gram iso protein and 75 turkey and 80 from chicken and carbs any protein that comes from that is a plus all that broke doown in 6 meals
 
I had to stop with the liquid egg whites . . . pregnant looking bloated swollen belly and horrible gas

Cooked eggs are no problem.
I tried drinking egg whites and it did not go well. I just cook them. 3/4 of a cup every morninig sometimes with 1 whole egg. I also boil a bunch of whole eggs on sunday and eat the egg whites between lunch and the gym in the afternoon.
 
I just go with the flow. Some days I feel like eating and other days I prefer the convenience of shakes.

2 well balanced solid food meals everyday is my baseline though. That's a necessity.
I understand you, on the contrary, I like to eat the same thing, even in time at the same time, the same foods
