Cycle Log: The Road to Veins & Gains

Week 12

Weight: 190 fasted

Thanksgiving did me in. There was no way my family was allowing me not to eat. Weight checked before Thanksgiving I was 188.3lb so the 190 is for sure just some water weight.

No cheat meal this Saturday.

Despite the gain in weight I feel pretty lean and noticing more vascularity with morning pics.

Will see what coach says, dreading more cardio added but it’s prob the move!

It's nice to see actual progress in your pictures, everything is tightening up nicely
 
Week 12 update

PEDs:
Bumping tren to 50mg EOD
Bumping clen to 60mcg daily
Adding Winny 50mg daily

Diet;
No changes

Cardio:
No changes

Pharma:
Adding Nebivolol 2.5mg (rhr 70-80s)
Adding Telmisartan 20mg (sbp 125-135)

No change :-/

Gym sessions are great, upset the scale didn’t move this week despite upping clen.

Also not really impressed with pics this week but fuck it.

Week 13 update

PEDs:
Increasing mast to 500mg/wk

Diet:
Smidge of carbs removed on training days
P208/C203/F49 Total: 2079

Cardio:
Increasing to 60min 6x/wk
 
Week 14

Weight: 191.2lb fasted
up 1.2lb from last week

Honestly…was expected I guess. Had flu that had some effect on my training and cardio. Made up for it by having no cheat meal this week but weight shows what it shows.

Also had my last meal less than 8 hours before weight this morning due to work schedule. Probably should start checking weight daily and keeping an average.

Added in 5 minute of abs every other day this week as well.

Week 14 update

Progress pics look good despite increased weight on scale. Likely inflammation from recent respiratory illness.

PEDs:
Adding SLU-PP-332 500mcg/day
Bumping clen to 80mcg daily

Diet:
Removing some carbs on training days
