Week 9

Weight: 193.6 lbs fasted
Exactly another 2.2 lb drop from last week lol

Not much really to say this week. Craving sweets, not sure if it’s too early to blame TRA for that. Having 1 zero sugar jello a day to satisfy that craving. Only 5 calories.

Also including a post workout pic cause i love the vascularity that can’t really be seen in the morning fasted pics lol

Posting progress a day early since I work early tomorrow

Week 10

Weight: 192.6 fasted

Sweet cravings have been annoying lately. 5 calorie sugar free jellos help, but I want a double fudge brownie topped with vanilla icecream.

Also going through some family shit right now that I don’t want to dive into but wanted to say how much I look forward to my workouts in the gym.

Week 10 update

PEDs:
Increasing Mast to 400mg/week
Adding T3 25mcg in am

Cardio:
Increasing to 55minutes 6x/week

Diet:
No changes
 
process is definitely working ! cant wait to see how you reverse out of this cutting phase into your bulk and how you go about doing il be keeping track of your progress, what have the meal timings and frequencies been like ? the diet been the same foods just adjusting size portions or have you been taking meals out to create your deficit ?

Yeah dude super excited for the rebound!!

Usually go no more than 3 hours without eating.

It’s usually
9am (M1),
12pm(M2)
3pm(M3-preworkout)
4pm (M4-intra)
5pm(M5-post workout)
8pm(M6)

On days I work (cardiac RN), my meal timings still are the same but I adjust the meals because I have to train at night. So it’s M1,M2,M6,M3,M4,M5. If that’s makes sense lol

Meals are the same day in/day out. The portions get adjusted when necessary, mostly from carbs.

Weight: 190.4 fasted (2.2 lb drop from last week)

Man, I fucked up this week bad. Had something very stressful happen in my personal life. On Thursday i stress ate like a MF. Meals 1-5 were on point. Meal 6 I had Popeyes chicken sandwich, Popeyes 6 piece boneless, Mac and cheese, and fries. To make things worse I went to Cheesecake Factory and had 2 slices. Didn’t even track the calories but I assume it was close to a 4k calorie meal. I also skipped cardio that day.

Friday picked my nuts back up and got back in routine.

No cheat meal for today.

Meal 3 today I wanted to share with u brothers!


1 banana
16 grams peanut butter
68 grams optimum nutrition chocolate whey
462 calories 39.3g C/10.7g F/56.8g P

-Cut the banana up in slices
-Make whey drip by putting powder in bowl and start mixing little bit of water until you get melted chocolate consistency
-Dip sliced banana in chocolate whey and get it completely covered and put on parchment paper
-Melt the peanut butter and drizzle over
-Put in freezer for a few hours

Straight gas

Increasing pita from 2->4mg daily,
Adding zetia 10mg daily

OTC:Adding in
TUDCA 500mg daily
Citrus Bergamot 1000mg daily
Nattokinase 4000FU daily

I wanted to add that your check-in's all show progress and that's awesome , except for your one goofy pose. Everything is going good , keep up the hard work brother , its paying off!
