Week 11
Weight: 190.4 fasted (2.2 lb drop from last week)
Man, I fucked up this week bad. Had something very stressful happen in my personal life. On Thursday i stress ate like a MF. Meals 1-5 were on point. Meal 6 I had Popeyes chicken sandwich, Popeyes 6 piece boneless, Mac and cheese, and fries. To make things worse I went to Cheesecake Factory and had 2 slices. Didn’t even track the calories but I assume it was close to a 4k calorie meal. I also skipped cardio that day.
Friday picked my nuts back up and got back in routine.
No cheat meal for today.
