Have read threads about customs seizures, but has anyone recieved mulitple letters if so what was the outcome.....same as the first?
I have recieved only 1 but concerned with future shipments or
legal issues with customs.

I know someone who has had 5 seized packs in the last 2 years. No action taken. They were all small orders though.

Fish, if you've received a letter, on your next purchase, just use a different address. After I got a letter 8 months ago, I got a new p.o. box and haven't had any problems since. It's a pain in the ass to get a new p.o. but it beats the hell out of a controlled delivery.

Good advice...I have always heard that once you get the first letter to burn that addy and get a new one...However, there will be the people that will tell you that they have gotten many of letters at one addy and they still get packs...Well, I have gotten one letter and I cleaned house and got a new po box and went from there...

The 100bucks or so for the new addy will be a lot cheaper then the attorney bills if you make the wrong decision.

You address is flagged after getting a US customs letter. If local customs takes ovet then it will be flagged for domestic packs to. Customs will keep tryong to send you letters to get you to respond. Dont, leave the box and get a different address.

Here's a tip. Always use your real name when ordering gear from anywhere that isn't an actual online pharmacy. First off, if you'er caught, you're caught...bottom line. Using a fake name will just add mail fraud to the charges against, which is a felony by the way. So, your better off accepting the packing that is addressed to you that way if you do get caught, there is no fraud. Also, if they cannot prove the tranaction, that is if it wasn't from an actual online pharmacy, the charges will be less servere. Remember, always use your real name...like I said, using a fake name has nothing to do with if you get caught or not and if you're caught, you're caught. The fake name will only add to the charges against you.
