My name is pelle, I am new to this forum but not to the ideas discussed here. I have done prison time for almost all of the last five years but I used that time to change my life, starting with a sober, healthy lifestyle that includes daily workouts. I am a current participant in the sober community and I am actively engaged with health professionals, I recieve regular bloodwork and my health is good but as is true for anyone my natural testosterone levels have begun to decrease. My aim is to counteract this and meet my fitness goals within the next six months, I currently am 5'11" 215 pounds with 17 inch arms and I have some belly and oblique fat that I would like to slowly eliminate, in the process of filling out my torso and working towards my personal strength goals. I am open to any questions I have a sarcastic personality so I am not offended easily but I am offensive to some people. I will take any advice I recieve with a grain of salt I have done a considerable amount of research but sometimes I ask stupid questions because I like to hear other peoples opinions which I can then fact check and corroborate with reality. Im thankful for the chance to participate in this community and I hope to eventually contribute my own experiences. Thanks for reading my life story and I hope you guys can help.
