Creatine help?

I heard that Author L Rea wrote an article in his book: Chemical Muscle Enhancement about a simple way to make creatine way more effective. Does anyone know of this method and can tell me what it is?

I use it off cycle along with my protein shakes 10 grams or so in a drink is enough for me i bloat up easily. I also use it when i feel lethargy it jacks me just a little along with a cup of coffee before a workout is good but it will effect your blood pressure alot more in combo with coffee.
 
I READ THAT IF YOU TAKE IT WITH PROTEIN AND/OR A CARB DRINK YOU WILL HAVE BETTER RESULTS INSTEAD OF TAKING IT BY ITSELF.:cool:
