Hoping bands show tomorrow

I have 3 11/16 diameter holes per side so can set up for bench and squat. I wonder about DL, I suppose could use those to a DL in cage but they are close together so be a bunch of back and forth with them

No sir it wasn’t me in regards to the pegs. For deadlifts I stand on the middle of the band and wrap an end around the bar outside of the plates on each end. For bench and squats I double a band on each side of the bar and wrap the band around the safety arms which I can adjust as needed. Can’t recall who was the one that posted that but I remember seeing it.

Long hex-bolt and nut
3 washers
And cut some 3/4” PVC conduit as a spacer.
It was really cheap and easy to put together.

I think it's $10 here in Illinois, but it's going up to $15 in the next few years. Poverty in Chicago, but enough to get by down here.

Taxes on everything here too, 12% which is 5% federal and 7% provincial. Not to mention a 20% sin tax...and all for nothing. I pay almost 50% income tax depending on how good a year I have

We have high taxes on a lot here. Just going over the border into Kentucky cigarettes are $3+ cheaper per pack and gas is $0.30 or so less a gallon. Some states like Tennessee don't have income tax.

Not to my knowledge, we don't even get healthcare.

Yeah, I've heard some pretty big downsides like long waits sometimes. They've been spending millions locally to change four way intersections into those roundabout things. But teachers don't make shit. Kinda weird priorities.

not here. Maybe in some places but you ain’t buying a house in Texas on 15$ an hours unless it’s a trailer house
