Contest Diet

Hey! I haven't seen much on hear recently about contest dieting. My show is August 13th. This is my first show, I am trying the classic physique division. My stats: 6ft3in. 238lbs. About 10-11% bf. I have to be below 232 for my weight class, I think I'll be about 220-225. I've been dieting for 5 weeks already and came down from 257. I like the diet I'm implementing, and I have a plan for the coming weeks as well. But of course I want to be closer to the top of my weight class for the show. Does anyone have any advice on growing into a show? Either way, you guys can point and laugh at my diet. lol. I'm currently on 750mg TE, 400mg EQ, and 400mg Tren E a week, and 3 IUs of growth a day. Rationale behind my diet is I don't like changing things day to day so carbs stay consistently around 150g. I also can't digest potatoes very well, so I stick with rice. Protein is at nearly 270g a day. Don't track fats right now, will do as show gets closer, but they stay below 80g. Fats are coming from olive oil I use to cook with mainly. Thanks for any comments, insults, advice! Here's my diet:

Breakfast:
3 eggs
7-8 egg whites
1 piece of bacon
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 packet of equal for oatmeal

Meal 2: Preworkout
6 oz Chicken
4 oz white rice
Cholula hot sauce and garlic.

Meal 3: Post Workout
Same but 8 oz of chicken

Meal 4:
Same as meal 3 but 4 oz brown rice

Add in two whey protein shakes mixed with water.

No disrespect but your diet reminds me of the fish and rice crackers guy. You can prep and eat more then chicken and rice unless you really like chicken and rice I guess

I appreciate the feedback. Its reassuring to know, even if I have thought it out a lot and put a lot into it, maybe I fucked it up? lol. Good to know I didn't.

yea it gets old but I don't really like eating in general so its all the same to me. And chicken is the easiest thing for me to get down, cheapest if bought in bulk and simplicity from day to day is just as important to me as anything else. Being my first time really cutting hard, I want to keep variables low. Will be adding fish as it gets closer. I don't really see the skin thinning effect having much benefit for someone my size (feel like you need a lot more muscle for it to be that important), but as I cut carbs more I'm going to use more EFA.

I'm definitely no expert on cutting that's for sure and I understand the chicken and rice life I did that for my bulks and cuts for 2 years I just like variety now, hell in cutting and ate a burrito today :D. Your macros look good to me though I would just more diligently track your fat intake as those add up in calories quick.
