Primo is trash. Especially for lipids.

You'd be wise to start a statin stack. I'm doing 10mg ezetimibe and rosuvastatin daily.

You want your E2 to be a bit higher as it will be better for your cardiac health.

What's your diabetec markers like? Maybe start some Metformin if your blood glucose is getting high.

I am waiting for doctors appointment, which should be today and will get them to put me on a stack similar to yours , will drop the primo and maybe Test every other week jabs, till I can LDL number in a good range , fasted BG is 4.6 - 5.0mmol. My e2 shows as borderline on high range? I want it higher?

@Ghoul has good posts on statins. I'd recommend reading all his stuff.

I've posted the opinions of certain doctors on estrodial ranges. Notably Man Medicine on YouTube. You can search him up if you're so inclined.

Any DHT will trash your lipid profile. Testosterone isn't so bad because it is a prohormone for estrodial. If you have a family history of CVD then every compound save for nandralone and testosterone are probably not advised.

I wouldn't mess too much with your testosterone doses. Drop the primo and see where you end up. Aromasin is the most gentle on the lipid profile. Ideally you'd run only enough testosterone to get E2. Like for me that's 125mg per week with no AI. Running an AI on TRT is kinda silly.

Save the mgs for when you blast.

This was my blood work at the end of a 20 week blast of Test/Primo/NPP with some Tbol or Superdrol as a pwo for the last few weeks.
I have had high cholesterol my whole life and even off cycle the best the ldl has ever gotten was 92 and that was in my 20's. It generally stays around 110-120.

In December while cruising I started 2mg pitavastatin and 10mg ezetimibe 4 days a week (M,W,F,Su). 10 weeks on that protocol gave me the following lipid numbers.

Just wanted to give some data to you or anyone else interested. All ancillaries were purchased from vendors listed in this thread.
 
Holy moly. It works alright.

Bent over rows (pendlay):
120kg x3 (PR)
130kg x2 (PR)
140kg x1 (PR)

Each rep had more and more body english but I still got it up.

Deadlifts:
150kg x5
160kg x3 (PR)

Normally I'd be spent but I still have energy.

To make it a similar comparison you need to follow what I did:
2 scoops dextrose and 2 scoops gatorade intra workout (twice)

I also used 4cc of glutathione (240mg/ml) and l-carnatine (200mg/ml) pre workout. This was to mix down the tren base (20 units of 100mg/ml).
Sick, guess I'm getting myself some tren base poopwater mix from india soon... yippie
