Well. My second Rohit pack was at Jamaica NY on 2nd and has been sitting on "In transit to next facility, arriving late" for the last 5 days. I'm guessing that as it past ISC it's not been seized and is simply USPS delays?

Mine sat similar to that, then updated "out for delivery" with no other updates but all goods showed up and unopened!

Wait a day or two. I've had that happen and I think it's just lazy delivery people who need to make their quotas.

That’s not the issue—the Zydus amps are solid. The Pharmaqo amps snap cleanly at the neck without much pressure, the Zydus ones don’t. They need quite a bit of force, the glass shatters unevenly, and sometimes a bit of oil e even jumps out.

Even after shaking and tapping them upside down, the oil often still doesn’t fully come out of the amp. I’m guessing you’d really need to file them at the neck to get a clean snap. Since I’ve got 100 amps, it’s a total pain in the ass. I gave up on backfilling and will just have to draw them out with a 10 ml syringe instead.

First off, i'd use a 3ml syringe as suggested by @bananafeet, my disposable amp opener wasn't stiff enough, maybe it's cause i've done over 200 amps, who knows. it's time to dispose it. But the amps are indeed harder to break than some amps.

When you break the amp, you want to
(1) place your thumb directly over the circle (break amp spot)
(2) apply pressure by pushing the thumb down first and then pushing the rest of the fingers forward, imagine you are breaking a stick or something

The oil does indeed remain in the amp.

You turn the amp completely upside down, facing the ground, then tap the middle of the flat base of the amp. 3-4 taps and it's all out.

I emptied them into a beaker but you can use a shot glass or whatever clear glass you got. It doesn't matter if glass drops into the beaker, it'll all be filtered out.


Goes really quick once you find the angle to snap it
break em all, then start backfilling.

Finger setup. The scored point is facing away. Alcohol wipes to catch glass shards and protect my fingers.

You can score it yourself with a serrated knife or scissors. This works for particularly tough amps. It if doesn't snap with a reasonable amount of force don't push it. Score it again or check the orientation....




PS: amp openers have been shit in my experience. I broke mine.

Yeah bro, I really think it's targeted operations. It seemed it was tight during that week everyone mentioned snags. But I also really considered the winter storm in our US situation. I still stand firmly to get what you can while the getting is good. This is going to get pinched without a doubt eventually.


Absolutely man, without being rude to the culture... They operate like sharks and con artist. It was mentioned above and not every vendor can offer every product. Put together a detailed quote. Think everything you will need. Blast as many as you can stand. I then dump all quotes into AI for comparison and red flags. Once I have what I need I attack the vendors with others quotes, or have AI consolidate the items with best pricing and serve that saying "this is what I'll pay, take it or leave it"... They might even say no sir, then leave it, they'll text you back eventually. They make a commission on the sale. If you need an example of a quote let me know, this way you can see how I send and they have a really easy time knowing what exactly I'm requesting.

For those getting the Mast P 150 from Shree, just fyi, like 1/2 the amps arrived crashed. Hopefully heating them up doesn't cause it to blow.

not surprised to see that mate. Any Mast P I’ve had over 125mg seems prone to crashing. Southern Ghost (UK UGL) used to do a 150mg one when they were operating and it would arrive as a block of ice literally lol.

I was honestly wondering - if one finished ampoule costs, let's say, 70 cents, from the India Mart seller, how much did everything that went into it cost?? You have labour, you have transportation, you have materials (glass, oil, test, preservative etc.), you have storage, you have the end seller?? Might sound naive, but I never thought that they had such margins.

The methopush doesnt have any Benzyl alcohol in it i believe. Without that isnt it hard to guarantee sterility even though you are passing it through a filter?

Yes I'm going to do both my knees, and if they arrive. I have medical family and I was understanding an ultrasound may be needed, but they stated absolutely not. Simple procedure but to use a thin wall 21 or 22g.

Most physicians do it by location to inject on the side of the patella, or sometimes they go under the kneecap, specifically targeting the joint line while in a seated or reclining position.

I don't know about elbows cause I didn't have concern, so I can't help, but I've been finding tons of stuff online to assist. I did pick up a 2 and 4% lidocaine to assist with numbing the area.

Also Asha Med has the Cipla LG brand but it's more expensive and from what I found these are both equal without paying for the name. If you find different let me know. Just avoid the cosmetic lines for joints which I'm sure you know. LG Chem is crazy expensive.

DeMega was the cheapest for this: They did not have LG Chem.
Hyalgan 20mg/2ml Hyaluronic Injection

Vishu was the only one who could acquire LG Chem:
Hyorth XL Hyaluronic Acid Injection – LG Chem / Cipla —3 boxes → $285.00

Most others have Hyalgan starting between 25.00 to 75.00 per.

Edit: Adenoheal yes I'm getting them for 1.00 each so throwing them in was no biggy, I couldn't find that anywhere.
