I am stlll growing and improving a lot so i will use this for at least few more months then decide on some bigger show in EU...before that maybe in Jump in some smaller local competition just to seeAre you competing in 2022?

No problem man...macros stay the same but i do rotate foods every few weeksThanks for sharing that.
Chavez,kikel, black etc all scams,they try to look smart using complicated words and make bodybuilding look like nuclear physics when in reality it cant be more simple,train hard,use just enough good aas that gives u great performanse with minimum sides,eat enough to grow but not too get too fat,sleep recover and repeat.I still kind of wonder what the difference between types of coaches are. Even for gear I feel like I would be too argumentative.
Some of the coaches are big but that doesn't necessarily mean that knowledge brought them there but simply dedication, caloric intake, and consistency.
A prime example, is that you still see some of them advocate for glutamine which has been disproven many years ago
Even some of the online gurus like Broderick have great information but I am always skeptical when they start saying just once a week dosing is sufficient for test c to not have side effects.
Or the fact masteron affects estrogen aromatization. Etc.

I start my day with rice grits,it super easy to diggest,200g of that + large banana is already 200g of carbs,for protein i do egg whites or good whey isolate, sometimes blend.
Other carb sources are rice, sometimes some potato and i Always have vitargo intra workout and post workout.
Fats only come from omega 3 and some meat like lean steak.
Protein comes from chicken, turkey, sometimes some very lean beef,egg whites,whey and EAA what i take intra workout

When u eat high carbs like me 800g even sometimes 1000g ,too much fat slows down diggestion and also harder to stay lean. My fats usually stay Always around 60 if i count also indirect sourcesIf there is something I can't avoid are fat. I can keep it at 40-60 but I need my oil with rice and chicken..I can't chew that shit without it.
So I do feel you when you say that you easily go up to 100. I wouldn't feel bad about it. You are heavy and big 100gr of fat is ok.
Unless you have some problem with fats there is no reason to not have an healthy amount of it, very important for many things inside our body. Of course good fats so mostly Poli and unsaturated one.
Bodybuilding diet is bland,or u like pizza? Hshah when i was with Cornelius and Matt Porter both of them would even want me to rinse the meat to get fat lower lol Cornelius is still my coach but only when there is some prep i will need his helpLooks bland as fuck.
Isn't there a section for logs. This thread became one guy's blog/log for some reason. Not to offend anyone but besides the pics are there any other credentials? Who has he actually coached or is having some size all you need?
