Good to see some guys from Meso doing coaching.
Only thing I'll add to this conversation is Leo is a fucking twat.

I also enjoy the approaches and methodology behind guys like @MuscleFreak @Mac11wildcat and @mands
Have gotten awesome advice from all of the above.

Smart yet different approaches that come from real experience.
Personally, I'd prefer to go with those above guys as opposed to more famous guys, mainly because I just agree with how they roll and their priorities.

Would be a smart decision for anyone to go with one of them

Totally agree with you on the portfolios of those guys for sure. Great knowledge for everyone to soak up!

Got up to 245 lbs on 200mg Test U
Havnt blasted yet since February
Currently on a hard cut, as I have a mock prep/competition coming up lol

Totally agree with you on the portfolios of those guys for sure. Great knowledge for everyone to soak up!

100% agree, this is what makes at least me choose someone over someone else

Training for me is Always numbers one,that is where i really push the body toić it's limits...it goes in phases

Get jacked while having fun doing it!
 
One of my back Workouts when i add some more intensity stuff.

Back/bis
Barbell rows -- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set double rest pause 15 sec rest and do minimum 3 reps to failure...2 min rest
Pull down underhand grip-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps to failure ...last set double dropset...2 min rest
Bent over DB raise-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set double dropset...2 min rest
I pick one back exercise that i did not doo for a long time and progress on that one each week-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set double rest pause...2 min rest
Standing DB bicep curl-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set double rest pause..2 min rest
Barbell preacher curls-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set double dropset to failure
 
I need some diet help, I’m currently coming off cycle, back to 200mg a week test for a cruise, but I’ll also be using some test suspension pre workout on those days.
 
Just use your cruise dose ,u don't need suspension...i see no benefits for bodybuilding, only maybe powerfilting before competition

Suspension is great for hitting PRs, but in a bodybuilding context it’s just introducing unnecessary E2 fluctuations and probable acne issues.

I hear what you’re saying, but I’m really liking it for ore workout, and idk what it is, but there’s a noticeable difference in my body the last few weeks I’ve been using it.

Suspension is great for hitting PRs, but in a bodybuilding context it’s just introducing unnecessary E2 fluctuations and probable acne issues.
I’m not one to have much problems with estrogen, never actually really needed any AI, took it very infrequently, 50 of them lasted me about 2 years.
