Have gotten awesome advice from all of the above.
Smart yet different approaches that come from real experience.
Personally, I'd prefer to go with those above guys as opposed to more famous guys, mainly because I just agree with how they roll and their priorities.
Would be a smart decision for anyone to go with one of them

Havnt blasted yet since February
Currently on a hard cut, as I have a mock prep/competition coming up lol

I'd love to see those 3 do a but of a breakdown of their ethos of training styles, would definitly attract some guys into coaching.... it's a HUGE appeal when you see a coaches training style and think....

Just use your cruise dose ,u don't need suspension...i see no benefits for bodybuilding, only maybe powerfilting before competitionI need some diet help, I’m currently coming off cycle, back to 200mg a week test for a cruise, but I’ll also be using some test suspension pre workout on those days.

I’m not one to have much problems with estrogen, never actually really needed any AI, took it very infrequently, 50 of them lasted me about 2 years.Agreed.
Suspension is great for hitting PRs, but in a bodybuilding context it’s just introducing unnecessary E2 fluctuations and probable acne issues.
