Update on the critical labs I was gonna chance.
The rep/reseller/drop shipper claims to have a super close relationship with Tommy the domestic source for critical.
Without giving too much (respecting opsec and giving the benefit of doubt) away he says it's their lab, "our lab" was how he phrased it. Also said he was the international shipping manager for the ugl.
Orders are made by Whatsapp too and I know some people wouldn't make an order just for that. I personally don't care
Also I was gonna pull the trigger but he couldn't even get the bank details correct for me.
After a bit of back and forth trying to work that out so I could actually pay I decided it just all felt a bit shady. We got there in the end though lol.
Just some red flags for me so I didn't pull the trigger.
Tommy says he's just a reseller and completely independent and it's strictly business.
Miscommunication between them two? Or am I reading into it too much?
Anyways until the record is set straight I'll hold off. If anyone else has used Kratos the reseller(?) recently please chime in.
Apologies to Chilton for the topic hi-jacking his thread. It would have been better had you posted this in our thread - but here we are so yes i'm more than happy to set the record straight.
Kratos has no right to refer to Critical as "our" lab, nor is he our "international shipping manager" or whatever ego-boost title he wants to give himself.
He doesn't own or have any involvement in the running of our business. He's a nice guy but I think he's getting ideas above his station here - especially as there's a message above saying they'd attempted to contact him twice, with no reply.
He is a reseller who initially agreed to cover international orders, because in the early stages we wanted to focus on our UK customer base and ensure that operations ran smoothly and consistently.
This has annoyed me to be honest, we aren't a big lab, we don't give ourselves self-imposed titles and we certainly don't want our customers to get bad vibes from us because of the impression given by a reseller not aligning with the image we actually want to portray.
Myself and my partner own and run Critical, that's it.
However, we have reviewed the idea of taking international orders and have decided to AIM to open our doors to the EU and ROI mid December, to test out some stealth shipping ideas and to get a feel for delivery times etc. .
For now ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SUSPENDED (apart from any already placed and paid for)
We are very sorry for any confusion or doubt this has caused for any non-UK customers that were trying to order or received a sub-par service.
We look forward to opening out doors to non-UK clients mid December (date tbc) and we can assure you that the same top quality service will be given, in line with our existing standards.
Cheers and again sorry to Chilton.
