I was hoping to find some chicken or fish recipes to help make dieting easier. Since I work very long days, I need to prepare all my meals for the week on Sunday. By the time I actually eat it, I literally have to hold my nose and just suck it up, and drink so much water with it since I feel like gagging/choking because of how dry it is. I can not imagine dieting this way for the next 12 weeks.
So if you have some recipes please post them, I would appreciate it.
