Cheap Easy way for bulking-UP,but only if your HARDCORE???

Yeah, works good if your hitting a cycle, did me wonders!!! Especially if you have a hard time eating them calories!!! Start Drinking 1 cup of cholesterol free sunflower oil, be warned you need a cast-IRON GUT,that`s 2,200 calories, I used to drink 3 cups a Dayput on25lbs of ripped muscle in 2 weeks, only concentrate on the big exercises Deadlifts,squats,shoulder Presses,bent-over,Calves,you will be a change person, helps if ya, got a super-fast metabolism,Believe this IT WORKS WONDERS!!!!

Damn thats a lot of oil! Not too bad a way to increae calories (from a good fat), but I would warn people to build up their tolerance slowly over some time. 3 cups of oil would make me shit for days. No work, no Meso, no nookie with Jewel, nothing. And talk about a serious case of red-eye!

Cheap way of calories??

You can mix any thing into it creatine,protein powder, its the calories that count!!! Its cheap,nasty, but too easy,for adding on Bulk,half a cup is 1,100 calories, do ya,math!! It works,No joke!!! Then add that to your regular Diet,say your taking in 10,000 calories a day,will add a drink or two,for more calories!!! simple, its all to do with Your diet, to gain size, even if your on shit load of gear, you still need them calories!!! You want to get big, forget about eating clean, you have to eat constantly, any way to gain, so why not cut a few corners!!! I read that in a Musclemag 12 years ago, for some serious size gains!!! Be warned,only for the hardcore!!! Helps if your have extremly fast metabolism, it works!!! Training is the easy part,Eating,is the hardest!!! Just here to help, you guys get bigger,then ever!!!
 
I would use this diet if i was in prison. Then I would be a self lubricating... I might go for a whole pack of Newports instead of a book of matches.

This is either a joke or this guy is a fucking idiot. 25lbs of muscle in 2 weeks when 6000cals a day are from fat. Regardless of the amount of cals you still need the right amount of protein to gain muscle. All those extra calories will just be stored as fat.

Yeah,it helps if your on a Cycle alot!! or just slowly increase, your intake over a period of time!!!to slowly gain. Well,better,if your got a really fast Metabolism, and yes I did, gain ripped,HARD to shredd, MUSCLE, No fat,what`s so ever!! Only did Deadlifts,squats, no abs,though had the best abs that I ever displayed, due to the Heavy Squats,shoulder Presses,Bent-over-Rows,calves!!! Of course you have to take extra Protein,include that in your diet or in ya Protein Shakes!!! 3 dozen eggs a day,plus red meat,as much as you can eat!!! Yeah was on the shitter, about ten-times a day, but well worth iT!!! It was the worst nightmare!!! but it did work!! I only did it for 2weeks!!! All the best, to All, Have a Good New-Year!!!!! Train-Hard,but train Smart!!!
