Just for people who use insulin please. I have been using insulin(Humalog) since the begining of last summer.. I use for 6 weeks, then come off for 4 weeks. I only use 10 IU's Post work out.. Mon-Fri.. I have heard and read about so many people just staying on if using only post work out. Is there anybody who uses just Post work out and has stayed on year round without any problems? I wanna stay on all year, but would like some advice from people who have experience, not opinions from non users.. Thanks in advance.. Slammer
