I am 50y M on TRT for about over a year. I take 175mg/week of Test C from a compounding pharmacy injected subq every four days (100mg). Blood work are done four days after the last injection (right before the next one is due).
September results:
total test 1022 ngdl, e2 (nonsensitive) 62 pgml.
I was getting emotional and crying when I listened to a sad song, so I called my urologist and asked for AI. I was prescribed Anastrozole 1mg/week and I began taking 1mg every 8 days for easy bookkeeping.
December results:
Total test 593 ngdl, e2 (nonsensitive) 8 pgml.
I have low e2 symptoms such as dry joints and I get the fact that my e2 is lowered by AI.
The question is what lowered my total test. Is Anastrozole known to do that?
