im a little confused.. I'm trying to smash about 4,500 cals a day, I'm trying to keep my macro's at 30%carbs/50protein/20fats
do good/bad fats change how you should approach this?
example:
i blend a meal to drink, ill include raw eggs, oats, i want to add a cup of almonds because of their protein, but if i do so it adds my fat intake dramatically.. now i realise that almonds contain "good fats" but should i avoid using so many to keep the fat intake down??
sorry if this seems hell noobish, I'm only just starting to learn about the deep nutritional side of shit now.
