idk if anyone mentioned but you need to use gonaderelin NOT hcg. So gonaderelin tells your body to relsease LH and FSH where hcg just mimics LH. So the gonad shit actually gets your body to start the LH and FSH to make testosterone. It was a game changer for me.

Is the tamox essential? I have the rest to hand but no tamox

Tamox is a add on, not really yes.

But gh in my opinion yes i saw it with a lot of athletes, gh makes sperm count better, sperm movement and development of sperm. And also helps with stress managment after heavy cycle or lifestyle stress
